Subject: Bell's Contact: Customer Service - Bell's beer
Hello,
I am writing to obtain information on one of your beers. It is the Bell's Palsy. I drank it while attending the Meat Manufacturing Convention in Chicago last year. It is my second favorite beverage I have ever tasted (can't go wrong with milk). However, the Bell's Palsy is not available in my native Russia, so I am very much looking forward to it at this year's convention. Too be honest, last year I enjoyed it so much that I drank as much as I could, even to the point that I had trouble controlling myself. This year I promise to be better behaved, but I wanted to verify that I will be able to obtain it in Chicago (late April). I did not see the Bell's Palsy listed on your website. I hope you have not discontinued it.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Sasha

Dear Sasha:
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I apologize that I have not responded sooner.
Bell’s Pale Ale is available year round and you should not have trouble finding it in Chicago when you visit. In fact, our Beer Finder can provide you with a list of places to start along with a Google map. I would caution however, that you may want to call ahead before you head out the door, as the results link to recent deliveries rather than real time results. Here is a direct link for your convenience: http://bellsbeer.com/brands/ brand-finder/
If there is anything else I can help you with, please feel free to contact me directly.
Sincerely,
Josh Smith

Josh,
First of all, your name is very American. Your parents must be proud.
To be honest, I did not care for the Bell's Pale Ale. It was a little too bitter for my liking. In fact, I had inquired about the Bell's Palsy. It was more of an amber ale, not a pale ale. I took a picture of the bottle, but I dropped my Android in the Hudson River last November (long story) otherwise I would send it to you. If you want, I can send you a picture of me after an evening of drinking Bell's Palsy. My face was priceless.
Anyway, let me know as my convention is later this month.
Thanks,
Sasha

Sasha:
Unfortunately, I am unsure what other beer you could be referring to. We do not make a beer named “Palsy” and would never use a name so close to such a serious medical condition. If there are any other details you could offer about this beer you are inquiring about, please let me know and I will do my best to help you.
Sincerely,
Josh
