subject | Idea For Next Season |
Coach Legette-Jack,
I was very pleased with the results of this season. The team fought very hard and represented Indiana women's basketball with much pride. Although I wish the Win Wagon would have continued the journey a little bit farther, I understand from playing Oregon Trail as a child that this is not always possible. Sometimes you break an axle, sometimes you drown, and sometimes you get chorea. But, it is what you do with chorea that defines you.
I believe that next season will be even better for the program. That is why I propose declaring next season as the "Title Train". This locomotive is making all stops to Title Town, USA! I even suggest that an actual train be driven into Assembly Hall each game. You could be the conductor! The train would drop off all they players for the game. It would be fantastic. You could blow the horn to get the fans really wound up. I believe there are many extra trains in the U.S. so coming across one wouldn't be too hard. It could even be decorated in cream and crimson. Also, perhaps you could drive it around Bloomington before the game to pick up many fans.
Please let me know what you think of this idea. I could help with the decorations.
Go Hoosiers!
Sasha

Sasha,
Good afternoon. I would like to follow up on an email written to Coach Jack on March 31st about the Title Train. Thank you so much for your suggestions. Coach really likes the idea and we just might pass that along to our Marketing Department.
Have a great day!
