subject: Mexican Restaurant
Hello Ms. Bennett,
I am writing to discuss a potential restaurant I am hoping to bring to Frederick. I believe there is a void for a Mexican restaurant in Frederick and I am hoping to be a valuable member of the community. While I am not of Mexican heritage, I do have over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. The main cook will be my gardener, Jose Montezuma. He previously worked at "La Luna es Blanca's" in Lincoln, but was fired due to an unfortunate turrets situation. The name of my restaurant is "Montezuma's Revenge" as the restaurant will requite all the doubters that Jose has faced in his life time.
I believe that our food will leave a lasting impression on guests. My goal would be for every citizen in Frederick to have Montezuma's Revenge at least once. I plan on having an exciting, initial grand opening in an attempt to inflect a rapid fever throughout town. Coupons! Balloons! C-3P0! It will be fantastic.
Please let me know what I will need in order to start my restaurant. I am hoping to be up and running by October 2013 and plan on hiring 8 full time employees and 10 part time employees.
Thank you,
Sasha Kaun
ps. I know you are wondering, but Jose is a legal American citizen. No need to worry.

Thank you for contacting us!
I will be in touch soon.
Can you tell us where you reside now?
Do you have any ties to Frederick? Do you have any thought of where you might house this restaurant?
We had a Mexican restaurant start up last year, but sadly it has closed, but there might be the building and equipment available? I really don't know the situation.
Thanks
Sharon Bennett

Hi Sharon,
I currently reside in New Orleans, but am losing interest in the city due to the frequent hurricanes. I have far less fear in tornadoes than I do hurricanes and believe Frederick to be the perfect area to raise my children. In fact my grandfather, Cash Wyatt, lived in Frederick for a number of years. Perhaps you remember him? This is how I am familiar with Frederick from my visits as a child. I was also supposed to move to Frederick after college but instead joined the Navy Seals. We were locally known as the best animal-themed, synchronized swim team in Florida despite audience difficulty seeing us in our blue uniforms.
I was hoping to move into an existing building. I do have some restaurant equipment, but I might be interested in purchasing additional equipment if it fits the business. This will not be "Tex-Mex" food as I want it to be authentic. At Montezuma's Revenge, I want people to feel like they are actually eating and drinking in Mexico.
You stated that you would be in touch soon so I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Sasha
