Hi Sasha,

The sale will include all intellectual property to the purchaser. This includes, all printed material artwork, website domain(s), which includesecretfortwayne.com and fortwaynetreasurehunt.com. All concepts, existing website content, passwords, and transfer of the Facebook including all other Facebook pages for other secret cities, which include the following cities:

Warsaw, IN - Angola, IN - Columbia City, IN - Huntington, IN (active)
Muncie, IN & Bloomington, IN (not active)

The total number of fans for the active pages are as follows:
Fort Wayne - 9338
Huntington - 1805
Columbia City - 637
Warsaw - 1160
Angola - 407
Total number of fans = 13347

(numbers are as of last month)

Valuation metrics:

“The figure of 1 fan = 20 extra visits to a website uses a unique methodology that combines Hitwise data with data from social media experts Techlightenment. We took the top 100 retailers ranked in the Hitwise Shopping and Classifieds category and benchmarked visits to those websites against the number of fans those brands had on their Facebook page. We then also looked at the propensity for people to search for those retail brands after a visit to Facebook using our Search Sequence tool.”

According to a study by Syncapse, the average Facebook fan is worth $136.38. (PDF link).

story in Adweek pointed out the annual value of one Facebook van is $3.60, citing a report by Social Media Specialist Vitrue.

Based on the latter numbers, it could have a value to someone that effectively used it to market products and/or services of $48,049 annually.

The asking price is as follows:

Contract sale: $7500
Terms: 12 monthly payments of $625

Cash sale: $5500

We're in the process of listing it with a business broker, so if you can let us know soon, that would be desirable, as the price will be higher with them to cover their cost.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to email me back!

Thanks,
George Turkette

George,

Perfect!  I appreciate your open attitude.  Would you accept a straight-up trade for ihateconor.com.  This website has a steady increase in viewers and there is no shortage of individuals that hate Conor.  In fact, I have hated Conor for almost 8 years now and I have become tired from it.  I feel this a great opportunity for both of us.  Please let me know what you think.

Thanks,
Sasha Kaun

Musical Performance Confirmation

subjectMusical Performance confirmation

Hello Alyson,

I am writing to confirm my musical performance this Saturday, August 27, at Gamma Phi Beta at 1 pm.  Again, my performance is entitled "Tiger Woods Receives a Blow Job".  It will feature a hypothetical, mixed-racial, star golfer receiving approximately 17 blow jobs.  The blow jobs will not be seen by the audience (unless you would prefer that, in which case I would need to adjust choreography, especially during the grand finale).  I do incorporate the audience in the majority of my show.  The entire show lasts 102 minutes, although I can make it last 109 minutes if you prefer I add the encore where a hypothetical Swedish, blonde model chases the golfer with a golf club.  The musical is set to the music of "Hootie & the BLOWfish" (pun always intended).  Again, this musical has previously performed at the Sweet Fanny Adams theatre in Gatlinburg.  Please confirm as I will be arriving around noon on Saturday to Gamma Phi Beta.

I look forward to hearing from you,
Sasha Kaun

Hello Sasha,

Thank you for your interest however we do not have you on the calendar at this time, nor do we have room for on our calendar.  I apologize if you are under the impression that you have a performance with us this weekend however that is not the case.

Thank you,
Alyson Swarm

Missing Ring

Subject: Missing ring

Hello, I attended the Indianapolis Indians game on August 19 with a lady companion of mine. I must have been so distraught my the 4-2 loss, that I failed to notice my wedding ring had fallen out of my pocket. It is a standard gold wedding band with the words death do us part or something engraved on the inside. I have already checked the hotel and they do not have it. Have you seen this ring? I am unsure how to explain to my wife how I lost my ring. If you have any suggestions, please let me know this as well.

Thanks,

Sasha Kaun

Sasha,

Unfortunately I do not have good news; we have not had a ring turned into us. I have checked our lost & found this morning and made the cleaning crew aware of the situation last night before they started to clean, but no luck. I am sorry we are not of much help. Not sure how my husband would explain this to me so I wish you the best of luck. If something turns up today as we prepare for this evenings game, I will be in touch.

Hello Morgan,

I am a 1980 graduate of Purdue. My son will be attending Purdue this fall. He will be a freshman and is scheduled to move in on August 13. While I will be helping him with this move-in process I had hoped to stop by and get my picture taken with the Old Oaken Bucket. Please let me know where this is located so I can make the appropriate arrangements.
Thank you in advance and BOILER UP!

Memorial Stadium promotion idea

Hello Mr. Glass,

First of all, I love the additions to the atmosphere at Memorial Stadium.  I understand that you have the firework side of promotions under control, but I have another great idea that I would like to pass along to you and get your feedback on.  I have attached a PDF that will explain everything.  I do hope you will like it!  Again, please let me know your thoughts on it and if you think it is feasible.  I believe it would be a great way to add to the atmosphere and pack Memorial Stadium!

Also, is it possible to borrow Hep's Rock for birthday parties?  My son would love to have Hep's Rock at his birthday party in February.  Is it possible to transport it?

I look forward to hearing from you.
Sasha
